Quality Control Policy

Total Quality Control

You can learn from the Total Quality Management model that began in Japan. This approach involves building quality into every phase of your operation. Instead of focusing on catching mistakes, you strive to prevent mistakes from occurring. This means your quality control policies must cover your entire operation, from ordering materials and supplies, to acquiring or manufacturing products, to delivering them to satisfied customers. To adopt this approach, examine each stage of your operation to see what you can do to prevent mistakes, and create a policy intended to address those mistakes. For example, if you determine that your supply orders tend to contain a percentage of defective materials, you can start a policy of rejecting shipments that contain too high a percentage of bad supplies, materials or products. This will notify your vendors that you are serious about quality from start to finish.

We chose the best products, and they are quality controlled by their manufacturers, in your systems integration and value added, we follow the same rule of Total Quality Control.
