Remark: The PCIe Bus is a bus on which transmission and reception can occur simultaneously. In its version 3.0 and using 4 lanes, there are 32Gbs in each direction, the equivalent of a network of 64Gbs. However the encoding restricts the usage to aproximatly 32Gbs in each direction.
Note that overheads corresponding to disk utilization and bus sharing, reduce by approximately 8/10, achieving rates of the order of 3200MB/s or with tell the makers 3470MB/s.
If you want to start using an M.2 SSD, your motherboard must accept it. Due to BIOS limitations, not all motherboards support booting with an M.2 SSD, so please refer to the manual for your motherboard or your reseller for details on how to enable this feature.
Otherwise You can install a UEFI bootloader.
